The most important points to remember when publishing your site are:

1. The Home Page needs to have a file name of index in lower case
    such as index.htm or index.html

2. All page file names should be in lower case only. When you create
    links to other pages and image files the links should also be in lower
    case only as all UNIX servers are case sensitive.

3. All website files need to be published/uploaded into the public_html folder
    for your files to be visible on the Net.

4. When a page with a file name of index is uploaded this page will be overwritten.
